Nasivion nose drops 1 drop each nostril  BD,
Warm Saline gargles with Betadine 2% 3 times a day,
Drink sips of warm water when throat irritation,
Tab supradyne 1 OD,
Avoid smoke, pollen and pollution,
Review after 3 days or SOS if condition worsens
